This website belongs to Dr. Ritesh Gangwar, interventional cardiologist, who sees patients at Dr. Ritesh Heart Care Centre in Kanpur and at Alyantra Medicity in Lucknow. This page explains what happens to your information when you use it.

What this website keeps

Nothing. The website has no patient database and does not store your name, phone number or health details. The only thing saved is your language choice (English or Hindi), kept in your own browser.

When you request an appointment

The booking form puts your request into a WhatsApp message. When you send it, your name, mobile number, chosen centre, date, time and any note you wrote go to the doctor's team on WhatsApp, and are used only to arrange and confirm your visit.

When you pay online

Online payment for the Kanpur centre and for video consults is collected by Zeviheart Medical Private Limited, which runs Dr. Ritesh Heart Care Centre, through Razorpay, a payment company regulated in India. You enter card, UPI or bank details only in Razorpay's own secure window; they never reach this website or the doctor's team. Razorpay receives the amount and the booking details listed above so the payment can be matched to your visit, and handles them under its own privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy.

Video consults

Video consults take place on Google Meet, through the doctor's own Google account. The link is sent to you on WhatsApp. Consults are not recorded unless you agree to it.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If visitor counts are measured, it is with a cookie-free tool that does not identify you.

Your choices

You can ask the doctor's team on WhatsApp what booking details they hold about you, and ask for them to be corrected or deleted, subject to the medical records the law requires a doctor to keep.
