The angiogram and procedure drawings on this site are illustrations made to explain, not images of a real patient. Please consult the doctor before making any decision about your health.

In an emergency

If you have chest pain, breathlessness or another emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital emergency at once. Do not wait for a reply on WhatsApp.

Appointments

A request sent from this website is not a confirmed appointment. Your visit is confirmed when the doctor's team replies. Timings may change because of emergencies or procedures, in which case the team will offer you another time.

Video consults

Video consults take place on Google Meet and are booked in 15-minute slots. The doctor decides whether your problem can be handled by video or needs an in-person visit or tests, and may ask you to come to a centre. Video consults are not for emergencies.

Fees and payment

Fees are shown on the booking form. Online payment is available for the Kanpur centre and for video consults. Dr. Ritesh Heart Care Centre, Kanpur is run by Zeviheart Medical Private Limited, which collects these payments through Razorpay. At the Lucknow centre the fee is paid at the centre. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
